So something unique about our website packages, we give all of our clients an option to pay in 12 month or 18 month installments. Of course we will still gladly accept lump sum payments if that’s your preference! We also have very low upfront requirements (25% due at the start of the project) to get started on your work. how long does it take to complete a website?
Our average website completion time is around 3-8 weeks. Of course, complete custom websites are on the higher end of the range and template websites are on the lower end of the range. Once we get more details about your project we can give you a fairly accurate timeline. Also, remember that our timelines do not include content. In the past, some of our clients have spent a few months getting the content ready for the website which needs to be taken into account when determining your launch date.
do you copywrite content?
We are web designers and may not know the details about your specific industry or company. So, the quality always comes out better when the client writes the content. We make all of our websites with dummy text and input the text as you give it to us.
can you redesign my current site?
We would love to be able to help you redesign your site, but there are some steps before we can do that. In order for us to give a definitive answer to the question, we would first need to evaluate how your site was built and what tools were used. Sometimes it is hard for us to figure out how other developers built your site which makes it complicated for anyone to adjust other than the person who built it originally.
what forms of payments are accepted/when are payments due?
Once the proposal is agreed upon and signed we set up a payment portal for all of our clients. You can save your payment method and automatically charge the agreed-upon amount so it makes things very easy on you. We accept credit or debit. If you need any other payment methods, just let us know and we will work with you!
In order for us to begin any work, we require a 25% deposit. This is used to cover some of the upfront costs that are necessary to set up the tools to begin creating your website.
can I preview my website first?
Absolutely! Once we have completed the website, you will be able to review the website in its entirety before you give the thumbs up to “go live”. We try to finish one page at a time and get feedback. Any changes can be added to the revisions list and we will complete it before the launch.
can I make changes after my website is complete?
Before the website is launched you are given a certain number of revisions depending on the design package that you chose. We ask that you write down all of the revisions in a list and submit it at the end and we can make the adjustments. After the site is launched, we do provide a maintenance package that includes up to 2 hours/month for small revisions. If the revisions fall outside of that time requirement, we can make revisions at our hourly rate of $150/hour. Of course, we will always let you know a definitive cost before beginning any work.
