Can you re-edit a photo if I don’t like how it came out?
Yes, we offer a guarantee that you will be happy with our photographs and videos! If you do not like any of your our work, just let us know and we will re-edit it to your liking. Remember photography and videography is subjective so our main goal is to make you happy.
What happens if I need to re-schedule/cancel my photoshoot?
We get it, things happen and don’t always go as planned. We allow for a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the photoshoot. If you cancel less than 48 hours, you can reschedule the photoshoot to whatever date works for you and you will be credited.
If it rains on the day of your real estate photoshoot, for the most part, we can virtually change the sky so the weather will not be a problem. For lifestyle photos or videos, if you have scheduled an outdoor photoshoot, it may be best to reschedule. We monitor the weather 24 hours before any photoshoot.
What forms of payments are accepted/when are payments due?
Once you schedule a photoshoot, we will send you a link for payment. Payment is due before the photoshoot begins. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Of course, we still take good old-fashioned cash as well!
Is there anything that I need to do before my photoshoot?
Real Estate: You must clean, organize, and prepare the space for a photoshoot. Our jobs as photographers are to take photos and we can not stage or clean a space. We only do minor things like remove items on the bathroom countertops.
Lifestyle: You will be responsible for your own hair, makeup, and wardrobe.
Video: We will need to schedule a creative brainstorming session to plan each scene of the video.
What locations do you shoot in?
We can travel to any location within a 30-mile radius of Downtown/Brickell Miami.
How quickly will I receive all my images?
Real Estate Photography: We guarantee a 48 hour turnaround time. In most cases, we can finish editing in less time.
Lifestyle Photography: We guarantee a 5-day turnaround time. There is a lot of intricate detail that goes into editing photos of people and we want you to look perfect!
Video: We guarantee a 7 day turnaround time. We spend many hours working on each frame of your video. At the end of the day, your video will make be amazing!
